Aisha Hinds is an American actress, is famous for her role in the television shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her introduction in 2003 she has proved her range as an actress by giving remarkable performances in TV series such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7 and Under the Dome. In 2005, she received attention initially for her role as Anna as Anna in Assault on Precinct 13 The film was her role as Fannie Lou (a female activist fighting for equality) in the biographical All the Way film that earned her the attention of an actor. Hind's portrayal of Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama Underground received a lot of praise. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed 9-1-1 for a brand new season. Hind was recently shot the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The movie is scheduled to release in mid-2019.
